Loi isra\u00e9lienne sur les cong\u00e9s de maladie, et les indemnit\u00e9s de convalescence :<\/h3>\n

Certains droits sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des droits de protection des employ\u00e9s. Ce sont des droits fondamentaux pour un employ\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par la l\u00e9gislation du travail isra\u00e9lienne. Loi isra\u00e9lienne sur les jours de maladie :<\/h3>\n

Par d\u00e9faut, un employ\u00e9 accumule un jour et demi de cong\u00e9 de maladie par mois, sauf indication contraire dans le contrat. En cons\u00e9quence, un employ\u00e9 a droit \u00e0 18 jours de maladie par an. Jusqu’\u00e0 90 jours de maladie peuvent \u00eatre accumul\u00e9s. Un travailleur malade ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de jours de maladie pendant les week-ends et les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s que s’il travaille habituellement ces jours-l\u00e0. Un employ\u00e9 peut utiliser les jours de maladie pour soigner un membre de la famille malade. Sauf indication contraire dans le contrat, un employ\u00e9 ne peut recevoir aucune compensation mon\u00e9taire ni aucun autre remboursement pour cong\u00e9 de maladie non utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le salaire des malades en Isra\u00ebl:<\/h3>\n

Un employ\u00e9 en cong\u00e9 de maladie recevra une indemnit\u00e9 de maladie \u00e0 compter du deuxi\u00e8me jour de cong\u00e9 de maladie. 50% du salaire journalier les deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me jours de la maladie et 100% du salaire normal \u00e0 partir du quatri\u00e8me jour. Le premier jour de la maladie est d\u00e9duit des jours de vacances accumul\u00e9s ou du salaire, si les jours de vacances ne sont pas accumul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Licenciement d’un travailleur malade:<\/h3>\n

\u00c0 moins que l’avis ne soit donn\u00e9 avant la maladie du travailleur, la loi isra\u00e9lienne interdit le licenciement d’un employ\u00e9 en cong\u00e9 de maladie. Les traitements de fertilit\u00e9 associ\u00e9s aux cong\u00e9s de maladie pr\u00e9voient dans certaines situations 150 jours au cours desquels l\u2019employeur n\u2019est pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 licencier le travailleur.<\/p>\n

Jours de r\u00e9tablissement<\/p>\n

Un employ\u00e9 n’a droit aux jours de r\u00e9tablissement qu’apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 pour le m\u00eame employeur pendant au moins un an. Le nombre total de jours de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration a augment\u00e9 par anciennet\u00e9 de 5 pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019emploi, \u00e0 10 apr\u00e8s 20 ans de travail.<\/p>\n

Les employ\u00e9s du secteur priv\u00e9 re\u00e7oivent 378 NIS par jour au titre de r\u00e9tablissement, et 421 NIS sont vers\u00e9s aux employ\u00e9s du secteur public. (Cette information est \u00e0 jour 2017)<\/p>\n
